I know there is an official walkthrough on the game, but that walkthrough does not tell you how to collect the medals. Therefore I made this blogpost to help you guys out.

A note beforehand: You will only get the medal AFTER completing the game. Not during the game. And you can only get ONE MEDAL AT A TIME since the medal you get is based on your rank after beating the game. The only medal that can always be obtained along with another one (except blind ambition) is Pink Massacre.

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT:
Do not do anything more than what is stated under the medal you want to achieve. Sometimes doing different stuff might give you a different medal. This is the case for Homicidale for example when you decide to do all the favors as well. You will then get the Elite medal instead of Homicidale.

The Guide

Relentless
- Complete the game without doing any favors.
- Just kill Milos without getting the green vial.

Reliable
-Just do the basic walkthrough that involves killing Milos
-Kill Milos immediatly after you walk into his room (iow, don´t get green vial)
-Do the bodyguard favor
-Do not kill any bunnies

Professional
- Complete all the four favors (check walkthrough on how to).
One warning: You have to make sure the characters you need to help have ASKED you for the favor. So do not complete the favor before you have first talked to the character, because the game will ignore the completion then.

Elite
-Do all the main objectives in the game, except "Eliminate the Worm"
-Do all the favors in the game
-Kill all the characters in the game, except the Worm

Homicidal
Kill every character in the game except for the Worm. In other words:
-Kill the bodyguard when he´s in the bathroom.
-Go to Milos, get the green vial from him and kill him
-Go to the scavenger and let him make the bomb for you. Then kill him.
-Go to the trade guy in the hallway and use the bomb on him
-Kill the senator at the end of the game

Ruthless
-Get green vial from Milos
-Take it to Scavenger to create the bomb
-Use bomb on the Worm
-Go to Milos and receive the yellow badge
-Kill Milos afterwards

Blind Ambition
- Kill Milos after he gave you the green vial
- Go to the scavenger and let him make a bomb for you
- Use the bomb on the Worm (and DO NOT do the chip quest first!)
- Go to the room with the coffeemachine to get shot by a guardrobot

Pink Massacre
- Kill 60 pink bunnies. (the number might be lower)
Note: Besides outside, there are also bunnies in the middle locker of which the code is '1977'

Blind ambition: kill Milos right after he gives you the bomb, then go kill the worm, leaving you stranded and unable to get to section #9
go to the transit and try to go to the basement. a robot is waiting there... to kill you!!!!

For Reliable, try achieving 1-3 favours.
I also didn't kill The Worm. Or the Transit Trader.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but if you just complete all the objectives you don't get the elite trophy, but the ruthless one. Is there something else you have to do to get elite, because I've tried doing it without doing anything else at all and getting all the other favors and ended up with ruthless both times...

No you can still complete favors all you like.

You need to kill everyone you can possibly kill like I said.

In other words:
-Kill the bodyguard
-Go to Milos, get the green vial from him and kill him
-Go to the scavenger and let him make the bomb for you. Then kill him.
-Go to the trade guy in the hallway and use the bomb on him
-Kill the senator at the end of the game

You might need to kill one bunny along the way, but I don´t so.

The Elite medal is awarded for getting every objective, favor and bonus (I believe that you do need the Tenacity one also), APART FROM killing The Worm.
The medal description gives it away with the loyalty remark.

I got reliable for doing 2 favors and killing Milos, Scavenger, and the Guard (for 1 of the favors). I also killed 100 bunnies. :D

To help out for Reliable, just do everything in the walkthrough plus one (Just one) favor. When you finish, you get a score and a rank that corresponds with a medal.
When I did this, I got a score of650, which gave me reliable.

Elite is possible a lot easier if you go for in-game points, you just do all the favors, and every objective except killing worm, since the bomb can only kill him or the transit trader. Bunnies help too, then you get elite.

Reliable: Complete the Insect Trader's favour (and possibly at least one other favour) and complete the main objective as normal. See official walkthrough for help on the favours.
Blind Ambition: Get the green vial from Milos, then kill him. Get the bomb made and then kill the Worm (don't get the chip). Go back to the Transit station and go to the waiting area.

All you need for Reliable is to leave no objective or favor unfinished, but to do at least one favor. So basically don't accept the insect trader's favor, and don't take the vial from Milos, and finish every favor you accept.

I don´t know, but I got it myself that way. Although it might be because of the kill the scavenger part, which I added later on. Maybe just killing the Worm and Milos will be enough.

life - To complete all the favors / objectives, you do have to off all the characters except the Worm. That's what the objectives / favors are.
Anyway, for Homicidal, I think you have to not do any favors. Otherwise, wouldn't getting Elite also get you Homicidal? You kill everyone to get Elite, too. When I went through and killed everyone with no favors, that got Homicidal.
Anyway, just my thoughts.

I believe you can do a favor or two if you like. As long as you do not do all of them. Or at least I did the bodyguard killing part and I still got Homocidal medal. And I believe the game just gives you one medal at a time since you can only have one rank at the end of the game. Therefore it doesn´t matter whether you completed the Homicidal quest as well, the highest one will probably count.

Anyway there is a lot of confusion about most of the medals it seems.

I´ll try to restructure my blogpost a bit and post it in:
-Step 1
-Step 2
- Etc.

style, only including the parts absolutely necessary for the medal.

Oh, for the "Ruthless" medal, you DEFINITELY need to kill Milos. If you don't, then you'll do what I did and get the relentless score. This has been a great walk-through overall. I don't see why Blind Ambition and Pink Massacre are worth their 100 points though. Actually, Ruthless was more confusing to earn than Blind Ambition for me.

It seems you cannot get Pink Massacre along with Blind Ambition. And I think that you get Reliable if you don't do anything to qualify for other medal.

I just tested it, and you need to do one favor. I´m not sure whether it matters which one, but just to be sure that you get it, you should do the bodyguard one.

When I tried to get Professional I ended up getting Elite. Isn't it impossible to complete all the favors, without killing all the characters (except the Worm), and doing all the main ovjectives (except eliminating the Worm)?

Relentless is also available for defecting to Milos and killing the Worm without doing any other favors. Killing bunnies doesn't seem to matter - I killed over 60 of them. Not doing any other favors seems to be the key here.

Yeah maybe you can also get it that way. There are probably always more ways to get the medals beside what I posted above. But I don't feel like figuring them all out.

The Relentless medal was actually the last I got >< Anyways, the difference between the Homicidal and Elite medal as I found out was that for the Elite you must do all the four favors while the Homicidal just requires you to kill the characters, but you shouldn't do the favors. Also, there are no bunnies needed for the Homicidal medal. Only for the Elite medal and you need to kill the bunnies from the middle locker (the one with the 1977 combination), because the usual ones doesn't work and don't give you Tenacity at the end. Aaand, that's about it ^_^ Thank you again for the wonderful guide.

i'm sorry. i must be stupid but all of the guides combined are just confusing to me. they're not specific enough. i dont know how to "finish" the game without doing favors. how do i get into building 9 if i dont give the kid a toy?
