Good

Good parts:
Hehe, it was kind of a funny movie in my opinion. The Tetris thing and the "I refuse to animate this song" were some nice jokes. The drawings and animation were really good and DHCJohn has a pretty nice voice for these sort of things. I don´t get why you switched to someone with a worse quality mic in the end, but I could still hear what was said so it was okay.

Bad parts:
I can´t really think of much. I thought the elbow of the guy in blue looked a bit weird. And perhaps you should´ve cut the song a little. 40 seconds of textual jokes usually don´t work that well.

Overall 7 out of 10, 4 out of 5. It was a good movie, I enjoyed watching it. Keep up the good work.

[Waterlollies]

Great movie, but the plot....

Once again a masterpiece. Awesome drawings (probably the best you see on newgrounds), awesome animation and the guy who makes the music does a very good job in my opinion. Some funny scenes too, I laughed when Bitey kicked that bird-like creature out of his nest.

But even though it´s an amazing movie, I can understand the criticizements about the plot. I just felt a bit disappointed when I saw the credits. The reason for this, I think, is that there weren´t really any new characters introduced in this movie. We just saw how Bitey was being an asshole once again and a few old characters from former episodes walked by. Also there wasn´t any character development on Bitey´s side, so all in all the plot of this movie just wasn´t that interesting.

I suggest that in future episodes you should show us that Bitey is more complex than he appeared so far. We all got the image now that Bitey is a total asshole, but maybe you should show us that he has a softer side too. Or at least that he isn´t/wasn´t always like that.

Overall 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5. Apart from the not-so-very interesting plot, it´s still an amazing movie in my opinion. Deffinatly one of the best movies on Newgrounds.

[Legend Of Zelda:Misguided]

Good movie

Hehehe, I kinda saw it coming in the end. I thought it was too bad the movie ended there. Perhaps it would´ve been better if Navi guided him to something totally useless since it didn´t really made much sense right now.

Anyways it´s a pretty good movie you made here. The drawings and animation were simply awesome. You did a really good job with animating Navi and those rocks in the water. The sounds you added were also nice, but adding a little music as well might make it even better.

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. I liked it. Hope to see some more soon =)

[iShirm&Rena #2 HS]

Hmm

I´ve seen quite a lot of NOObNation flashes and I always thought they were pretty good compared to a whole lot of other groups you see on NG. This collab was alright too, although it wasn´t as good as what I´ve seen from NN till now.

iShirm´s flash was a pretty good one imo. The drawings were decent and the "English motherfucker"-joke in the end made me smile. There wasn´t much too improve there. I just think the background could´ve been drawn a little better. Also the location didn´t made much sense, but that´s okay since the whole movie didn´t made much sense anyway.

Little-Rena´s flash: Well I dunno about that one. I didn´t really saw the joke, if there was any. Also, the pumpkin seemed more like some sort of fruit and the background didn´t look that good either. The popping sound when the eyes appeared was kinda funny though.

Overall 6 out of 10, 3 out of 5. I agree with what milinko and Coop said earlier, you should get a few more people to join the collab. You only have two short flashes now and they weren´t great or anything, just nice.

[Ah - It's Halloween]

Pretty good flash you made here. I liked the part with those little kids at the door and bahamut asking what the trick was :p And those kids dressed up as characters from your flashes was a nice idea. Also, the music was good in my opinion and the voices were decent enough.

The only part that can still improve by a fair bit is the graphics. You´re still using a lot of squares in your drawings which look a little ugly. Also, I had no idea what was in front of Bahamut in the first scene. It looked like one of those speech-thingies, but I guess it was a laptop or something. Anyways, I have to say though that it does seem like you´re improving. The stairs looked pretty good, the pumpkin on the standard was well-drawn and the kids at the door looked alright too.

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. Good movie, I liked it.

Haha, yes, that thing in front of me is supposed to be a laptop and is what it should look like if you face that direction. :P And I'd say I've improved on my drawings. They look a lot better than the graphics I did around this time last year. :D

[Browser Battles]

Good movie

Good parts: I expected it would turn out in a big fight, but the way it ended now was much better in my opinion. It was kinda funny that the music was so serious until the ending and that the end was like that. Also, the mouths were drawn very well and the camera movement was very good too.

Bad parts: I think there wasn´t anything that was really bad. Perhaps you could work a bit more on the backgrounds, adding more details to the grass, buildings and the sky. But that´s about it.

Overall 7 out of 10, 3 out of 5. It was quite enjoyable with some nice jokes. Keep up the good work.

[Mudkips in the MK EP1]

I loved it :)

Good parts: The graphics weren´t quite as good as in the Super Mario Broz Z series, but they were much better than what you see in the average sprite movies. Also I really liked the music you added in this one and the sounds were good too. The scene were the three mudkips entered the house and were you saw the fight from outside was nicely done, with the lasers and stuff coming out of the door :)

Bad parts: I only have one complaint. I have some doubts if this is a good first episode for a series. Everything that happened seemed completely random and it doesn´t seem like an actual storyline is developing. But you can still fix that in the second episode, and maybe just a few episodes of pointless fights are cool too.

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. I loved it. You did very well for your first sprite movie. I was hoping that this would come out with a good score and win a daily award, but it doesn´t seem like that´s gonna happen looking at the score right now :( Oh well, anyways keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next episdoe.

[Field of honor]

Graphics: The graphics were awesome. The upcoming sun, the clouds and the redish sky looked wonderful. The two characters were nicely drawn and animated as well. My only complaint is that the swordstrikes didn´t look too spectacular, but I guess you wanted to make it look as realistic as possible.

Sounds/Music: I think it´s cool that you made the music for this yourself. And it sounded really good too. The characters had good voices and the "ehyou"-like sound when the sun went down quickly made me laugh :) There´s nothing that can really improve when it comes to sounds.

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. It was a very good and funny movie in my opinion, even though it was kinda short. I do have a last small suggestion and that is that you should translate the japanese text to english, especially in the final screen. I know that button probably says replay, but just make it a bit clearer for all of us who don´t speak japanese.

As for the text , it's nonsense XD Well, the three characters at the beginning mean F O H, I just used a Japanese like font. Also I'm glad the sound didn't distress, it was all recorded with my crappy cellphone :)

[L'assassin - Prologue]

Interesting

The good parts: The graphic were nicely drawn. What impressed me a lot was the leaf scene with the bullet going through it. I could see that you are very good with drawing and animating there. As for the music: I´m a big U2 fan so obviously I loved the song. But even if I wouldn´t have been one I would still like it. It gave the movie a bit of a sad atmosphere which suits it perfectly.

Now as for the bad parts, I couldn´t discover much to be honest. There were a few scenes where the drawings looked less good than in others, but I suppose that´s cause you rushed it in the end.

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. I usually don´t like prologues, teasers and previews all that much, but this was an interesting one. It deffinatly made me curious about this new series. What I do hope is that this actually WILL be turned into a series, unlike so many other previews of movies here.

[Kite Plight]

Very nice

A wonderful movie you made here, I really loved it. It had great graphics in my opinion. Everything was well drawn and the scene switching to 3D at certain times looked really good. I also liked the music, it was very playfull and it suited the movie well.

I only got one small complaint. That is that the font of the text in the pre-loader wasn´t the same as in the rest of your movie + it said "loaded" while "Loaded" would probably look better. Now I don´t think people care that much about it (and I don´t really care either), but still it looks a bit unprofessional somehow.

Overall 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5. A nice animation with a cute story. It´s something different from the usual stuff you see on Newgrounds. I hope to see some more of these kinda movies from you, keep up the excellent work.

Oh, the "Loaded" was suppose to be the same font as the Kite Plight title ("Rustler"). That's my bad on my part, sorry. I didn't think that would happen on others' computers. :-/
